At Monster Mash Haunted Attraction, we prioritize your safety above all else. As you venture through our spine-chilling haunted house, we want to ensure that you have a thrilling experience without any harm. Our dedicated team of trained professionals takes meticulous precautions to create a safe environment. Our actors are also well-instructed to maintain a safe distance and avoid physical contact with guests. With utmost commitment to safety, you can feel at ease while immersing yourself in the heart-pounding adventure that awaits you at Monster Mash Haunted Attraction.
It is highly recommended that tickets to Monster Mash be purchased in advance either online or at Mystery NH Escape Rooms. Capacities are limited so time slots may sell out. Only if there is capacity in a time slot, tickets may be sold at the door. Each ticket is valid for one day only.
For the safety of the performers and guests no flash photography or video is allowed to be taken inside the attraction.
There is no touching of the actors, customers, or props allowed inside the attraction.
This attraction reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone.
You will experience intense audio, lighting, extreme low visibility, strobe lights, fog, damp or wet conditions, moving floors, special effects, sudden actions, and an overall physically demanding environment.
You should NEVER ENTER a haunted house if you suffer from asthma, heart conditions, prone to seizures, physical ailments, respiratory or any type of medical problem, or are pregnant or suffer any form of mental disease including claustrophobia. DO NOT ENTER the attraction if you are intoxicated, wearing any form of cast, medical brace, using crutches, or have any type of physical limitations. Do not enter the attraction if you are taking medication or using drugs of any type. You will not be admitted if any of these conditions are to be noticed by our staff.
Customer Responsibilities
FOR ONLINE TICKETS - Enter the required information correctly. Mystery NH LLC (dba Monster Mash) does not validate personal information entered by customers while booking an experience. Ticket confirmation (including a confirmation code) is sent to the email address entered into the online form.
FOR ONLINE TICKETS - Verify the date and time you are selecting, prior to completing your transaction. Monster Mash is not responsible for booking errors.
Our haunted experience is certified by our town’s ordinances for a specific maximum number of guests at any given time. Monster Mash will not allow admittance of guests exceeding the facility’s maximum capacity. Please respect this ordinance.
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By visiting Monster Mash, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
Mystery NH LLC assumes no liability whatsoever for any (personal or equipment) damages, injuries or illness caused by misuse or not following the rules described before entry.
Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying parent or legal guardian. Monster Mash is not recommended for children under 8, but you know your child better than we do. You are welcome to bring your children, however for safety reasons, children not yet walking must be contained in an on-person backpack or carrier, but CANNOT be arm-carried. Strollers are not allowed in the attraction.
Full price is charged for all players, regardless of age.
All tickets must be validated at Mystery NH Escape Rooms prior to entry into Monster Mash.
Payment and Refund Policy
Full payment is required at time of booking and the ticket purchase is confirmed only after payment is processed.
Refunds in full or in part is NOT available once the ticket purchase is confirmed. Yes, there are extenuating circumstances that, on a case by case basis and at management’s discretion, may result in a refund, however a cancellation fee of five dollars ($5) will be deducted from the amount paid upon original booking. No refunds will be made in response to any guest’s perception of TOO SCARY or NOT SCARY ENOUGH.
Tickets are valid for the purchased date only and will be deemed forfeit if unused by end of that day’s normal operating hours.
If your party arrives outside the designated time slot specified on your purchased tickets, our policy states that entry may be refused.
In instances where the maximum number of guests has been reached, entry will be prioritized for those with tickets purchased within the corresponding time slot.
Cancellation is NOT an available option once the ticket purchase is confirmed, however rescheduling is free of charge, provided the request to reschedule is submitted to MonsterMash forty-eight (48) hours prior to the booked time. Email info@monstermashnh.com or call (603) 662-0404 to reschedule.
Should Monster Mash need to cancel purchased tickets for administrative reasons, a choice of a refund, a gift certificate for a future visit or a reschedule, value equal to the confirmed tickets, will be offered.
Rules of Conduct
Customers under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other substances that hinder sound judgement will be denied entry to our premises. Determination is at the sole judgement of Monster Mash staff.
Displaying inappropriate, rude, indecent or intolerable behaviors by customers may result in the offending customers being asked to leave. In any such events, no refund or any other form of compensation is due.
Each customer will be duly informed and instructed about our rules, with special attention to do’s and don’ts. Non-adherence to these instructions will result in a request to leave the premises. In any such events, no refund or any other form of compensation is due.
Customers agree to reimburse Mystery NH LLC for any damages to any objects and installations, resulting from their misbehavior whether willful or out of negligence. Mystery NH LLC therefore is entitled to present claim to the customer for reimbursement for the costs incurred as a result of such behavior.
NO pets, masks, costumes, food, drink, smokes, vapes or weapons of any kind.
You will not be admitted or asked to leave the property if any of the rules are not followed. Your ticket is a revocable license and may be taken and admission refused. The holder of this ticket understands that there is an inherent risk involved with attending this attraction. The holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers associated with participation in this attraction. In consideration and acceptance of entrance into this attraction holder agrees to release the operator, it's parent corporations, affiliates, officers, directors and employees and landlord from any liability, harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly, from attending this attraction or any of the attractions at this location.
