QUESTIONS

Hi! I'm Fang, Myst's Creepy Cousin.

What is Monster Mash?

Monster Mash is a haunted walkthrough attraction, located in Conway, NH.

How scary is Monster Mash?

We understand everyone’s perception of SCARY differs, but we aim for creepy, frightening, startling, disturbing and FUN!

Will anything touch me?

NO purposeful physical interaction with our guests will occur. Incidental contact with props, scary elements and scenery may occur.

What should I NOT bring to Monster Mash?

NO pets, masks, costumes, food, drink, smokes, vapes or weapons of any kind.

How old do I have to be to participate? Are there any age restrictions?

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Monster Mash is not recommended for children under 8, but you know your child better than we do. You are welcome to bring your children, however for safety reasons, children not yet walking must be contained in an on-person backpack or carrier, but CANNOT be arm-carried. Strollers are not allowed in the attraction.

Full price is charged for all players, regardless of age.

How do I buy tickets?

Should I come in with a clear mind?

Purchase your tickets online or in person at Mystery NH Escape Rooms.

All guests must check-in Mystery NH, prior to entry to Monster Mash.

Absolutely! We highly recommend waiting to have that cocktail until after your experience to make it more enjoyable.  We have zero tolerance for anyone trying to participate while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.  Our staff has the right to refuse anyone, without explanation, for any reason and without refund.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. The room is climate controlled. There is no running, crawling, climbing or strenuous activity involved. Be comfortable. NO masks or costumes are allowed.

How many people should be in my group? Will I be going with someone I don’t know?

Each half hour block is limited to 20 guests, so group size and their pacing can be managed for maximum enjoyment. Depending on the guest count and pacing, small groups may be sent in together, so there is a chance you may not know everyone in your group… yet. Scared friends make fast friends!

Can we share our experience with others and post to social media?

Please feel free to let people know you visited Monster Mash, how much you enjoyed it and recommend they try it too. Although we do not allow any pictures or videos inside of the haunt, feel free to take pictures outside to share and we request that you do NOT share any details so others may enjoy it at their own level.

Is this experience appropriate for guests with ambulatory issues?

All our passageways should be wide enough to be traversed by a standard wheelchair, with the exception of our claustrophobia tunnel. Passage is possible, just tight, due to the nature of the prop feature. Guests on crutches need to proceed with extreme caution to prevent tripping or falling. No strollers are allowed.
